As the Landscaper/Bricklayer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Constructing high‑quality hard landscaping features, including patios, pathways, retaining walls, steps, and garden structures.
• Carrying out bricklaying tasks to a professional standard, ensuring accuracy, durability, and a high‑quality finish.
• Assisting with soft landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing, mulching, and general garden improvements.
• Interpreting site plans and working closely with designers and team leaders to deliver projects to specification.
• Operating landscaping machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Upholding high standards of workmanship, site safety, and customer care at all times.

The Landscaper/Bricklayer will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in landscaping, bricklaying, or garden construction
• Strong practical skills in hard landscaping, including paving, walling, and groundwork
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and measurements
• Good understanding of landscaping materials, construction methods, and site safety
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• CSCS card (desirable)
• Experience operating machinery such as diggers, dumpers, or compactors (advantageous)

This is a site‑based role with travel to various project locations, along with time spent at the company's base in Stone, Staffordshire.
